*Warning: This contains jokes about epilepsy. It's for amusement not to offend.
To all my epilepsy viewers out there. I know that epilepsy can be difficult, but being sour about it can make having friends difficult as well. I'm not saying to always be happy, but instead of preventing people from joking around, let them. Then inform the risks and struggles about epilepsy.
1. "I don't tip I do random gravity checks."
I have never experienced tonic clonic seizures before, but this is one way to see the bright side to having epilepsy. This joke was taken from Megan. She has epilepsy and I'm glad she was the first to comment on my post.
2. "What do you call an Epileptic in a vegetable garden? A seizure salad."
I think this joke made me laugh the hardest. It was quite amusing because I didn't even think that there would be any good seizure jokes. Although some say "epileptic" is an offensive term I think it's only offensive if you make it. This was written by a person with epilepsy, Taylor.
3. "I was at a dance contest last night and won best break dance. I didn't even enter, I was there to watch."
It took me a moment to understand what this meant, but then it hit me and I realized what a cleaver joke. It's kind of like a dad joke, but so what it's a joke none the less. Hopefully more jokes will flood in as the days go by. This was written by a girl named Tascha, who also has epilepsy.
4. "You don't know what triggered is unless you have epilepsy."
This is one of my jokes, but as you can see it's not that funny. It's more like "what?" kind of joke. Basically, everyone is starting to use the word triggered so I decided to make a comeback by mentioning epilepsy. Hopefully I can get better with my jokes and maybe be a comedian.
